7. Ticket validity
Tickets are valid for twelve months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Customers must schedule a flight during the flight season as outlined in the terms and conditions within the year following the ticket’s issuance date. If a flight is canceled due to weather, the buyer must reschedule. The buyer must attempt at least three flights per year of validity (i.e., every twelve months) to qualify for a free one-year extension. If fewer than three attempts are made, tickets can be extended for one year for €100 per ticket upon written request to the company’s headquarters.
Tickets will be extended free of charge for any passenger proving that their flight was canceled at least three times by Aeriance due to weather or other safety reasons within each year of validity. Tickets over two years old are definitively expired for any reason. All extension requests must be made in writing before the ticket’s expiration date. After this date, the ticket will be forfeited. Any changes must be requested via email at contact@aeriance.fr. Free tickets cannot be extended, refunded, modified, or resold.

8. Flight cancellation or postponement by the passenger
8.1 Postponement
If you wish to reschedule your flight, you must notify us at least 3 days in advance. A scheduled date canceled by the passenger will not result in a free validity extension.
8.2 Late postponement or no-show
In cases of late postponement (less than 3 days before the flight) or failure to show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the ticket will be considered used. Any delay of more than 5 minutes by the passenger at the meeting time will be treated as a cancellation, with no compensation.
9. Regulations and safety onboard our aircraft
Passengers must present their ticket to board. To comply with safety regulations, passengers must be able to enter and exit the basket unassisted.
The pilot is the sole authority on board and has the right to remove any person or cargo that poses a risk to the flight’s safety. The pilot may interrupt the flight at any time for safety reasons.
